Architecture begins with understanding the existing—and imagining what it can become.

Each project starts with a thoughtful evaluation of the home, its structure, and its surroundings. Measurements are taken, existing site plans are reviewed, and the context of the property is carefully considered.

From there, we work closely with the client to understand their goals—how they live, how they want the space to function, and how the architecture should evolve to support that vision. Additions and remodels are approached as seamless extensions of the original structure, not interruptions.

Design development is collaborative and deliberate. Ideas are refined into clear architectural plans that balance form, proportion, and practicality. Once the direction is defined, a proposal plan is prepared that outlines the architectural intent and scope.

Throughout the process, we lead the creative and planning phases of the project, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and architectural integrity before construction begins. A general contractor is then engaged to bring the design to life.
